Dymacz Solutions LLC (“Dymacz Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit our website, create or use a member account, access restricted pages, subscribe to email communications, submit information through our Contact Us form, or otherwise communicate with us.

Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, regulated, proprietary, or confidential information through the Contact Us form or other general website features.

Member Accounts and Restricted Pages

Our website allows eligible users to create member accounts and access designated restricted or members-only pages.

When you register for an account, we collect or process your email address and account-related information. Authentication credentials, including your password, are processed through the website account platform provided by GoDaddy. Passwords are used to authenticate access to your account and restricted website content.

We may also collect or maintain information concerning:

We use this information to establish and administer member accounts, authenticate users, provide access to restricted content, maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and communicate about account-related matters.

Creating a member account does not establish a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, confidential, or client relationship with Dymacz Solutions LLC.

Email Subscriptions

You may choose to subscribe to articles, website updates, newsletters, announcements, or other email communications from Dymacz Solutions LLC.

When you subscribe, we may collect and maintain:

  • Your name, if provided

  • Your consent or subscription status
  • Your communication preferences
  • Information about delivery, opens, clicks, and other interactions with emails, where supported by our email service

Creating a website account does not necessarily require you to subscribe to marketing or promotional communications. Account registration and email subscription are treated as separate functions unless clearly disclosed otherwise when you register.

You may unsubscribe from nonessential emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting us at contact@dymacz.com.

After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information, including your email address and unsubscribe status, on a suppression list. This allows us to honor your request and avoid adding you back to marketing communications unintentionally.

Unsubscribing from marketing or informational emails may not prevent us from sending essential administrative or account-related communications, such as account activation, security, password-reset, access, or material policy notices.

When you use our Contact Us form or communicate with us by email, we may collect:

  • Your name

Information submitted through the Contact Us form is transmitted to our Microsoft 365 business email account, which is obtained through GoDaddy.

We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, communicate about potential business opportunities, and maintain appropriate business and correspondence records.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Dymacz Solutions LLC. Such a relationship is established only through a separate written agreement.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a website analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to collect and analyze information about how visitors interact with our website.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website activity, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic location, and interactions with website content. For example, Google Analytics commonly uses the _ga cookie to distinguish visitors and sessions.

Google states that Google Analytics may receive an Internet Protocol address when collecting data but does not log or store individual Internet Protocol addresses. Google Analytics may instead use the address to derive general geographic information before discarding it.

Information generated through Google Analytics is transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s policies and our Google Analytics account settings. We use the resulting reports to measure website traffic, understand general usage patterns, and improve the website. We do not use Google

Analytics reports to identify individual visitors by name.

For additional information, review:

  • How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
  • Google Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics privacy and data safeguards

You may prevent Google Analytics from using information about your website activity by declining analytics cookies through our cookie-preference controls, adjusting your browser settings, or installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small data files stored on a visitor’s device. Our website may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential cookies: Used for website operation, authentication, account access, security, and functionality.
  • Analytics cookies: Used through services such as Google Analytics to measure website traffic and understand how visitors interact with the website.
  • Preference cookies: Used, where applicable, to remember visitor selections, login-related settings, or cookie preferences.
  • Email technologies: Emails may contain tracking technologies that measure delivery, opens, clicks, and interactions, where supported and enabled by our email provider.

Where required by applicable law, nonessential cookies, including Google Analytics cookies, will not be activated until the visitor provides any legally required consent.

Visitors may accept or decline available cookie categories through the website’s cookie-preference controls. You may also configure your browser to block, restrict, or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may interfere with account authentication, access to restricted pages, or other website functions.

We do not currently use cookies for targeted or personalized advertising. If our use of cookies, analytics services, or advertising technologies changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose information:

  • To GoDaddy, Microsoft, Google, and other providers that support our website, accounts, authentication, email, analytics, security, technology, or business operations
  • When necessary to provide a feature, communication, or service you request

  • When reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, security, or the safety of others
  • To investigate or prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, or unlawful activity
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction
  • With your authorization or at your direction

Our service providers may process information in accordance with their applicable agreements, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

Email Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing, newsletter, and informational emails by:

  • Selecting the unsubscribe link included in the email
  • Updating available communication preferences
  • Contacting us at contact@dymacz.com

We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law. Please allow sufficient time for the request to be reflected across our systems.

Even after you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may send non-promotional messages that are reasonably necessary to administer your account, respond to your request, protect website security, provide authorized access, or communicate material information concerning our terms or policies.

Account Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request assistance accessing, correcting, or deleting information associated with your member account by contacting us at contact@dymacz.com.

Deleting an account will terminate access to restricted or members-only pages. Account deletion may not immediately remove information from routine backups or records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or compliance purposes.

You may be required to verify control of the account or associated email address before we complete an access, correction, or deletion request.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may depend on:

  • Whether your member account remains active
  • Whether you continue to have access to restricted pages
  • Whether you remain subscribed to email communications
  • The nature and status of an inquiry or potential business relationship
  • Website security and fraud-prevention requirements
  • Legal, regulatory, accounting, or contractual obligations
  • The need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

After an account is closed or a subscription ends, we may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, recordkeeping, or compliance purposes.

We may retain an unsubscribe or suppression record for as long as necessary to honor your request not to receive future marketing emails. Information may also remain in routine system backups for a limited period after it is removed from active systems.

Google Analytics information is retained according to the settings applied to our Google Analytics account and Google’s applicable policies.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

You are responsible for selecting a secure password, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

No website, authentication platform, email system, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or maintained by us or our service providers.

Your Privacy Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. You may also request information about our handling of your personal information or withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may decline or limit a request when permitted or required by law, including when information must be retained for legal, security, operational, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes.

Our website, member accounts, restricted content, and services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, subscribed, or otherwise submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and terminate the account.

Third-Party Websites

Our website and restricted pages may contain links to journal publishers, academic repositories, social-media platforms, video platforms, professional profiles, and other third-party websites.

Dymacz Solutions LLC does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of third-party websites. We encourage visitors to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit.
